Prestige Apparel is run by two partners, Britton in Arkansas and Andy in Ohio.

We actually met through a mutual friend in the music industry. At the time, I was primarily designing album covers and doing graphic design, but I wanted to try something different. I had always loved making art for the things I was obsessed with, so in 2021 I decided to take a shot at making fan-made apparel instead.

And that's how Prestige started.

The first drop was Terminator 2 and Silent Hill 2. From the beginning, the idea was pretty simple: make the kind of merch that we would actually want to wear.

I wanted to take the things I loved about the streetwear fashion industry such as heavyweight shirts, oversized graphics, good fits and designs that actually feel like fashion, and combine that with nerd culture. Video games were always going to be the main focus, but movies, horror, and pretty much anything else we're obsessed with tend to find their way into the mix too.

I'm responsible for designing all of our merch and running our social media, while Andy handles the other side of the operation. He prints and ships your orders out of his shop in Ohio, while I run things from Arkansas.

So when you order from Prestige, you're not ordering from some giant company with a warehouse full of people you've never heard of. It's literally just the two of us.

And honestly, that's one of the things we love most about doing this.

The horror and gaming communities have always been the heart of Prestige. They're responsible for basically all of what we've been able to build, and we don't take that for granted. We're fans before we're anything else. A lot of the time, we're making something because it's something we wish existed.

We want you to be able to throw on one of our shirts, be comfortable in it, and actually feel proud wearing it. We want someone to see the graphic and immediately know exactly what it's from. And, hopefully, we want you to look at it and think: "This is just as cool as the official merch."

That has always been the goal.

Since 2021, this little project has grown way beyond what we ever expected. We've shipped nearly 10,000 orders, traveled to conventions, and had the opportunity to work with voice actors from some of the franchises that inspired us to start Prestige in the first place, including Resident Evil and Silent Hill.

None of that happens without the people who decided to take a chance on two guys making weird shirts about the things they love.

So whether you've been here since the Terminator 2 and Silent Hill 2 days or you just found us yesterday ,thank you!

We're still just two dudes in Arkansas and Ohio making shirts about horror games, movies, and whatever we're currently obsessed with.

And we're having a hell of a time doing it.
